Design, implement, and maintain channel partner programs around the Standardized Solutions based on hardware and software components of product line Grid Automation, aligned with company strategy.
Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Ensure partner compliance with contractual and ethical standards.
Develop onboarding processes and training materials for dedicated Grid Automation channel partners.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and improve collaboration.
Track partner performance against program goals.
Prepare regular dashboards and reports for leadership.
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify potential risks in channel operations and develop mitigation plans.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations teams.
Align channel programs with product launches and marketing campaigns.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and partners.
Continuously review and improve program processes for efficiency and scalability.
Implement tools and systems to support partner management and reporting.
Manage program budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate with partner(s) the local homologation to be managed and identify all the activities to be performed.

Requirements
University degree in field of Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering/Automation/IT.
5+ years’ experience, product marketing, product management or a similar role, in multi-cultural environment.
Experience with Electrical Transmission and Distribution Networks (HV/MV).
Experience with protection, control, monitoring and diagnostic systems for MV applications and related standards.
Experience with SCADA and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Experience with Distributed Control System (DCS) and PLC Automation is a plus.
Knowledge of the Utility segment, both TSO and DSO.
Knowledge of the Data Center segment.
Experience with multi-channel go to market, including channel partners.
Capability to work in an international environment with collaborative attitude.
