Role Overview
- Independently scale and strategically manage our Google campaigns
- Restructure and consolidate our campaign architecture
- Build and operate scalable Demand Gen and YouTube strategies
- Own tracking and measurement
- Passionate analysis of the full funnel
- Strategically evolve our funnel architecture
- Work closely with direct response copy, the funnel manager and the CRO
- Data-driven optimization using CAC, LTV, ROAS and funnel metrics
- Continuous market, competitor and U.S. market research
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / Google Ads
- Deep technical understanding of Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen / YouTube
- Strong tracking expertise: Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with subscription models and competitive, price-sensitive markets
- Funnel thinking rather than ad thinking
- Experience with direct response funnels
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- German (C2) & English fluent (C1)
