Role Overview
- Independently scale our Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new-customer acquisition
- Passionately analyze the entire funnel from the first ad click to checkout and identify concrete optimization levers
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats such as VSLs
- Strategically evolve our creative strategy beyond static ads and UGC
- Collaborate closely with direct-response copy, creative strategy, and CRO
- Build and refine a structured creative-testing framework
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in paid social advertising (Meta)
- At least 2 years of experience in e‑commerce (ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics)
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
- You don’t just analyze numbers — you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them
- You understand that static ads and classic UGC are important, but also recognize that long‑form formats like VSLs will shape the future of D2C
- Experience designing or strategically co-developing performance creatives
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent in German and English
