Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance across multiple client accounts
Conduct detailed phone and video interviews to assess experience, qualifications, reliability, and fit
Maintain organized recruiting pipelines, follow up consistently, and ensure candidates move through the hiring process quickly
Serve as a client-facing recruiting partner
Identify issues before they become problems and recommend solutions

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients or U.S.-based hiring teams, including direct client-facing communication and relationship management
Experience managing multiple active requisitions simultaneously
Experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid NBI Clearance (required)
Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Reliable internet connection with backup contingency for power or internet interruptions
