About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, deeply understanding their staffing requirements to ensure shifts are filled efficiently.
Source, interview, and recruit high-quality healthcare candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
Coordinate temporary staffing bookings and oversee shift allocations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Match suitable candidates to specific opportunities based on skills, experience, and client culture.
Manage candidate availability and strategic workforce planning to meet fluctuating demand.
Oversee compliance and onboarding checks to ensure all placements meet rigorous healthcare standards.
Handle client and candidate queries professionally, ensuring superior service levels.
Maintain accurate records within internal systems and contribute to the team’s performance targets.
Drive business growth through proactive account management and exceptional relationship building.
Requirements
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proven ability to work under pressure and remain calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and data accuracy.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a "solutions-focused" mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with people from all backgrounds.
A collaborative team-player attitude with a desire to learn and progress.
Nice-to-Haves:
