Role Overview
- Deep-dive into technical requirements to understand specific tech stacks, tools, and environments for diverse engineering roles.
- Drive high-volume sourcing and outreach, maintaining a KPI of at least 2 quality submissions per day.
- Execute rapid-response recruitment, ensuring given roles are fulfilled within a 48-hour window.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process within the ATS, from initial sourcing and screening to coordination and offer stages.
- Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
- Execute aggressive outbound strategies including cold calling and LinkedIn outreach to engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to ensure perfect alignment on candidate profiles.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, specifically within IT, software, or engineering domains.
- Proven track record in a SaaS, Tech, or Consulting environment.
- Mastery of outbound sourcing techniques, including cold calling and advanced LinkedIn search.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a strict 9-5 schedule in the EST timezone.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously under tight deadlines.
