Provide support throughout installation, rollout, and integration, ensuring successful implementation in complex network environments.
Act as a technical advisor to the sales team.
Assist in preparing tender responses, answer RFIs and RFQs, and deliver product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
Collaborate with an international team of around 15 experts.

Deep understanding of large IT and telecommunications network architectures and operations.
Comfortable working with technologies and protocols such as SNMP, IPv6, Kafka, or similar tools.
Ability to write small scripts to support technical tasks, automation, or troubleshooting.
Clear communicator with strong English language skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for on-site customer visits.
