Marketing and Communications Assistant

Role Overview

• Play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of external marketing and internal communications activity
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for marketing and internal communications activity
• Coordinate workflows and tasks using our Jira tooling
• Support supplier coordination and organisation of stock
• Support planning and delivery of internal and external events
• Manage event invitations and registrations
• Support the execution of social media campaigns
• Amplify internal communications through reposting content
• Provide ad-hoc support for business development and account teams
• Support tracking and reporting of marketing metrics

Requirements

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and positive ‘can-do’ mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional audience
• True team player
• Experience in a marketing, events, or communications role preferred but not essential
• Experience with project management tools preferred but not essential
• Experience with SharePoint preferred but not essential
