Successful completion of a relevant master's or PhD degree in fields such as mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering, or economics/business
Extensive experience in Data & AI business development and strong knowledge of Financial Services (Insurance, Capital Markets, Banking, or Wealth/Asset Management)
Technical expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/GenAI, and Machine Learning, as well as a solid understanding of consulting and project management/delivery
Project-related mobility, ability to work independently, strong communication skills in German and English, and a high customer focus
