HR Administration: Manage and support employees across the entire employee lifecycle, including contract administration, onboarding, offboarding, and the preparation of employment references and related documentation
Employee & Manager Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, advising on a wide range of HR-related topics and day-to-day people matters
Recruitment: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate candidate management activities, conduct interviews, and collaborate with external partners
HR Processes & Projects: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and actively participate in the planning and implementation of HR projects
Employment Law & Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable labor legislation and internal policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and best practice
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Generalist, HR Manager position or a comparable role
Strong understanding of employment law and core HR processes
Strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
Excellent command of both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
