About this role
Role Overview
Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming and outgoing post
Respond to departmental queries relating to post processing
Complete post-related administrative tasks, including investigating and resolving returned mail
Work closely with internal departments to understand their post requirements
Maintain and develop the relationship between Good Energy and Royal Mail
Take responsibility for post management processes
Ensure all post-related activities are delivered to a high standard
Proactively identify opportunities to improve post handling processes
Requirements
Previous administrative experience
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Accurate data entry and record keeping abilities
Proficient in office software
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Problem solving abilities
Previous customer service experience (desirable)
Knowledge of document management systems or databases (desirable)
Understanding of records management and retention procedures (desirable)
Knowledge of data protection regulations (desirable)
