Role Overview
- Teamwork-focused: Work closely with Talent Business Partners (TBPs)
- Recruiting support: Coordinate interviews and manage applicant correspondence
- Communication champion: Assist with candidate pre-selection and support the conduct of telephone interviews
- Always on the move: Support research activities and Employee Experience (EX) projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications)
- Some prior experience in HR (Employee Experience, Recruiting) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent German and English skills
