1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a fast-moving operational role.
Master degree in Business Administration, International Business, Digital Business, Growth Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related commercial/technical field.
Strong analytical and structural thinking — you can turn complex problems into clear outputs.
Passion for emerging technologies and a tech-savvy mindset, with a specific interest in AI tools and their business applications.
A growth mindset: curious, self-driven, and comfortable being challenged, the discipline to work independently and the instinct to ask the right questions.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in German and English.
