Support the product expansion plan by conducting analyses and experiments to validate hypotheses, with a critical focus on optimizing the B2B customer journey, increasing conversion, and continuously evolving the value proposition;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs);
Develop dashboards and presentations for communication within and outside the directorate;
Lead activation initiatives and performance improvement actions in partnership with segment leaders and the sales team;
Create and implement branch engagement action plans;
Identify friction points in the customer journey and propose solutions and improvements to the customer experience;
Monitor market trends, map competitors and run competitive tests;
Validate ideas, capture learnings and develop competitive differentiators;
Support the development of the product evolution roadmap.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience managing performance indicators and preparing executive-level presentations;
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders;
Strong analytical skills combined with critical thinking;
Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI;
Product management knowledge/experience is a plus.
