Steering and optimizing finance processes to produce reliable sales forecasts
Defining relevant activities and measures for cost management in line with sales forecast development to ensure a rolling financial forecast
Providing transparency on compliance with and fulfillment of the budget (from both revenue and cost perspectives)
Meeting financial reporting requirements for the Forest and Garden division and for Husqvarna Germany as a whole

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Business Controlling
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting
Experience analyzing business metrics and deriving actionable recommendations
Strong expertise in cost management as well as results and profitability analysis
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Advanced Excel skills and a strong affinity for data and numbers
Good knowledge of accounting principles and business economics
Fluent written and spoken German and English
