Role Overview
- Lead legal negotiations and draft, review and advise on agreements
- Draft and advise on commercial deals for monetisation and distribution
- Support broader commercial activity including supplier, sponsorship, IP, and content licensing agreements
- Develop and maintain a suite of templates, guidance and training
Requirements
- 6+ years' PQE as a qualified solicitor
- Strong experience in podcasting, media, talent, IP, digital content distribution, advertising and commercial agreements
- Experience in music licensing, technology and digital agreements is preferable
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Pragmatic, solutions-led approach
- Strong matter management skills
- Experience supporting corporate deals is desirable
