Implement the IPM Digital Government suite in municipal public agencies, following business rules and client requirements across specific modules: BI, Dara (IPM-developed AI) and Workflow.
Process Mapping: analyze the client's current operations to design and configure workflows that eliminate bottlenecks.
BI Consulting: build dashboards and reports within the Dara/BI platform, ensuring data is reliable and actionable for decision-making.
Dara: contribute to the development and improvement of technology aimed at transforming municipal public management.
Deliver training to new users, tailored to their roles and responsibilities.
Validate migration results and configurations, correcting or completing them as needed in collaboration with the client.
Provide customer/user support during system implementation, guiding them on proper system operation.
Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Technical knowledge: experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) and familiarity with workflow automation systems.
Experience: previous experience implementing software (SaaS or ERP) or in process consulting.
Communication skills: ability to translate technical terms into clear business language.
Problem-solving profile: deadline-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple client profiles simultaneously.
Availability for frequent travel.
