Role Overview
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for administered property portfolios;
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies;
- Record expenses in the bank and in the company’s system;
- Monitor and control cash flow;
- Process rent transfers to property owners within established deadlines;
- Verify receipt of rents, condominium fees, charges and other income;
- Issue boletos (payment slips), receipts, financial reports and statements of account;
- Monitor delinquency rates and carry out administrative collection actions;
- Track contract expirations, rent adjustments and rental guarantees;
- Verify calculations of adjustments and charges provided for in contracts;
- Support lease renewal, termination and transfer processes;
- Perform financial follow-up for terminations and contractual settlements;
- Prepare management reports on revenues, expenses, delinquency and profitability;
- Develop financial KPIs to support management decision-making;
- Provide information and documentation for accounting and audits.
Requirements
- Degree or technical certification in Administration, Accounting or related fields;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and SUMIF;
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines;
- Proactive;
- Good communication with clients, managers and team.
