Part of the D2C team and taking a key role in Creator Marketing, which accounts for almost 50% of D2C revenue.
Analyze what works and what doesn’t: identify markets, categories and risks.
Translate D2C growth targets into concrete plans that are clear enough for operational teams.
Work at the intersection of Creator Marketing and the D2C team: briefing, challenging, and delivering data.
Establish rhythms, frameworks and reporting that currently do not exist. Build rather than just maintain.
Report to the VP D2C and collaborate closely with the General Manager ESN and other C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
4–6 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic marketing, corporate strategy or a similarly analytical-strategic role. Experience in consumer goods or D2C is a must.
Structured, analytical and commercially minded. Excel and Tableau are your tools. Analyses must be robust and reliable.
Ability to reduce complexity without oversimplifying. From 50 data points, produce three clear recommendations.
Strong stakeholder skills: senior leadership, operational teams and external partners. Able to align all parties.
Interest in a fast-growing brand with ambitious goals.
Curiosity about the intersection of sport, consumer goods, community and social media.
Fluent in German and English.
