Role Overview
- You will support our team in operational HR processes and gain comprehensive insight into modern HR practices.
- You will create employee master data and reliably maintain it in our HR management tool, Personio.
- You will prepare employment contracts, references, certificates and other personnel documents to a high standard of quality.
- You will assist with organizational matters across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.
- You will help further develop our HR processes and, together with the team, ensure reliable structures.
- You will contribute your own ideas and have the opportunity to participate in strategic People projects and take on responsibility.
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student of Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program – ideally with a focus on HR.
- Some practical experience in People Operations, HR or personnel management is an advantage.
- You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics at once.
- You are proactive, hands-on and enjoy questioning and improving processes.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are willing to work on-site one to two days per week at one of our locations in Hamburg, Elsdorf or Elmshorn.
