You create structures that support the organization: You monitor and continuously develop our HR systems — together with the team and the business units.
You ensure reliability: contracts, certificates, onboarding — you prepare, review and document them accurately with attention to detail.
You’re there when needed: As the first point of contact for employees, you find solutions — pragmatic, empathetic, and clear.
You see processes through: From vacation approvals to absences and special cases — you keep all HR workflows organized.
You take ownership: Own projects, new programs, and complex topics — you drive them forward in a structured and independent way.
You are comfortable with numbers: You support preparatory (including international) payroll — accurate and reliable.

You have a solid overview of HR processes — from A for employment contracts to Z for reference letters.
You think proactively, act independently, and don’t see yourself as merely an executor but as an active contributor to shaping HR.
You enjoy setting up initiatives independently, even when the path forward is not yet defined.
You are open to change — and use it as an opportunity for growth.
You work in a structured way but also bring the necessary flexibility when things don’t go according to plan.
You communicate confidently — in German and English.
