You design structures that support the organization: you monitor and further develop our HR systems — together with the team and the business units.
You ensure reliability: contracts, certificates, onboarding — you create, review and document these accurately and with strong attention to detail.
You're there when needed: as the first point of contact for employees, you find solutions that are pragmatic, empathetic and clear.
You see processes through to the end: from leave approvals and absences to special cases — you keep all HR workflows organized.
You take ownership: you drive your own projects, new programs and complex topics in a structured and independent way.
You're comfortable with numbers: you support the preparatory (including international) payroll — precise and reliable.
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or a comparably generalist role — ideally in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
You have a solid overview of HR processes — from A (employment contracts) to Z (reference letter issuance).
You think proactively, act with ownership and do not see yourself as an implementer but as an active co-creator.
You enjoy setting up initiatives independently, even when the path to get there is not yet defined.
You approach change openly and use it as an opportunity for growth.
You work in a structured way but also bring the necessary flexibility when things don't go according to plan.
You communicate confidently in German and English.
