AML Specialist – EDD Operations

Role Overview

• Conduct periodic internal account/customer reviews
• Maintain regular contact with relationship managers
• Document findings and make recommendations
• Initiate proposals for possible improvements
• Plan, deliver and follow-up on personal tasks timely
• Contribute to team performance improvement

Requirements

• University degree in law, economics, finance management or related field
• 1-2 years experience and professional skills in KYC, CDD or EDD/OEDD areas would be considered as a strong advantage
• High commitment to KYC needs
• Spoken and written fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Trustworthiness and ability to manage sensitive information
• Keen eye for details
• Ability and willingness to train, support and coach others
• High ethical standards and strong sense of responsibility
