About this role

Assist with the oversight of day-to-day warehousing functions
Lead a team of warehouse associates to meet operational goals
Support the Assistant Warehouse Manager by managing inventory and assigning tasks to the team
Ensure timely reporting of loads/returns compliance
Participate in goal setting and accountability for results
Enforce company compliance standards
Communicate shift goals; motivate employees for goal achievement
Enforce location safety management plans
Demonstrate reliability and commitment to punctuality
Perform other duties as assigned

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Experience with leading a team to goal achievement, prior supervisory experience a plus
Ability to prioritize and organize work, strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
Ability to work overtime (as needed) to meet operational and customer demands
Ability to maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
Capability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
Intermediate computer skills
