Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive legal experience
Proven track record of providing strategic legal counsel
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional legal projects
Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
