Manager – Commercial Business Unit

Role Overview

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a designated Customer Focused Team
• Select, supervise, empower, coach, develop and retain a qualified team
• Ensure team structure through workload analysis
• Establish business unit and individual goals
• Ensure financial performance goals are met
• Manage expenses and achieve departmental commitments
• Collaborate on best practices with other Business Unit Managers
• Facilitate daily team performance meetings
• Manage team training and performance metrics
• Coordinate customer Quarterly Business Reviews
• Adhere to all PCI and cGMP policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training
• 2-3 years in management role
• Ability to perform complex computer tasks
• Full Professional Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
• Supervisory responsibilities
