In the Demand & Growth team you develop marketing for Swiss corporate clients in the areas of cloud and infrastructure, artificial intelligence and digitalization, security, networking and modern workplace.
As part of our Growth Squad you are responsible for business growth across both pipeline and customer base.
You use data and artificial intelligence, orchestrate teams and deliver measurable results.
You are accountable for clear business outcomes and manage the budget based on impact.
You orchestrate internal project teams, agencies and AI‑powered processes with clear briefs, performance agreements and regular reviews.
You develop messaging and direct marketing campaigns for different target groups and make the quality and strategic decisions that machines cannot make.
You define the end‑to‑end customer journey from first contact to repeat purchase and connect pipeline and customer‑base programs.
You embed generative artificial intelligence in day‑to‑day operations to increase efficiency, automation and data quality.

Degree (University / University of Applied Sciences / Higher Vocational School) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualification
Several years of marketing experience, ideally in technology, IT or telecommunications, with demonstrable campaign successes and measurable business impact (pipeline, wins, orders, revenue)
Experience in lead lifecycle management and performance marketing
Strong data literacy; confident in using generative artificial intelligence and marketing technologies
Strong commercial awareness; you link marketing initiatives to pipeline, revenue and customer value
Hands‑on mentality for executing and coordinating projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Growth mindset, fast learning ability and strong judgment; you decide quickly, handle uncertainty and stand by your decisions
Very good German and good English; additional national languages are an advantage
