Leading teams and overseeing the execution of work aligned to project, client, and business objectives
Balancing people leadership with operational accountability
Ensuring high-quality delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget
Providing experienced leadership and operational oversight across multiple projects or functional areas
Managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
Ensuring all work complies with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Driving continuous improvement and best practice adoption both internally and on behalf of clients

Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Masters) in Construction Management or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of capital project delivery experience
5 years as a project manager or workstream lead on projects in the $5M
$200M TIC range
Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, including CQV, GEP, and operational readiness
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments
PMP strongly preferred
