Role Overview
- Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA)
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and support staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Masters) in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of capital project delivery experience
- 5 years as a project manager or workstream lead on projects in the $5M
- $200M TIC range
- Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, including CQV, GEP, and operational readiness
- Willingness to travel as required for client project assignments
- PMP strongly preferred
