Quickly develop an understanding of current marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external partners for existing business customers of Verizon.
Identify and implement tactics in support of retention campaigns; identify process efficiencies and success metrics.
Ensure success metrics are trackable; track results and customer journey to identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with the data sciences team to recommend model opportunities for behavior propensity and revenue growth.
Analyze customer behavior, segment trends, and historical data to develop targeting and testing strategies.
Utilize outside-of-the-box thinking and help improve program performance through the evolution of our digital customer journey, communication strategy, and real-time campaigning.
Participate in meetings that drive promotional development.
Advise various working teams on the offer strategy.
Submit Workfront requests related to offer enablement.
Requirements
Four or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience with marketing analytics and driving actionable insights.
Experience with data visualization and communicating strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, or data visualization platforms like Tableau.
