About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring new B2B customers and maintaining existing business relationships.
Active role in outbound sales and building new customer contacts.
Assessing a prospect's potential impact on the team's success.
Facilitating customer workshops and presenting tools and services.
Analyzing customer requirements and preparing proposal concepts.
Leveraging AI to increase the efficiency of sales processes.
Contributing to and implementing strategies to open up new target groups.
Requirements
3–5 years of professional sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or agency environment.
Completed degree in business, commercial training, or comparable qualification.
Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to use it confidently in a professional business context.
Proactive mindset with a track record of exceeding targets.
Strong communication skills: clear and persuasive.
Organizational talent: able to keep an overview, set priorities, and master time management.
Technical affinity: familiarity with software tools and digital solutions.
