Leading and coordinating the change management strategy during the acquisition integration process, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum employee engagement.
Developing and executing comprehensive communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout all phases of integration.
Identifying key stakeholders, change champions, and resistance points.
Developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transition.
Driving cultural integration initiatives to align the acquired company's workforce with ABB values, safety standards, and integrity principles.
Managing organizational design and role alignment to ensure effective staffing and capability across merged entities.
Contributing to business and people strategy by delivering value-added HR support.
Defining and executing HR priorities across the employee lifecycle, while ensuring compliance with legal and ABB standards and promoting inclusion.
Acting as HR partner to leadership.
Developing talent and supporting managers to build a high-performing, unified team. Coaching managers through change.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR management, talent, and organization development ideally in an international or matrix environment.
Proven ability to build lasting partnerships on all levels of the organization: motivating, challenging and coaching people while creating an atmosphere of collaboration
Proven experience in mobilizing diverse employee groups for change management, transformation, on integration initiatives
Structured, pragmatic problem-solver balancing business and people needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
In addition, fluent Swedish skills would be a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel (up to max 15%), mainly between Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia and the UK, and flexible to meet the regular (virtual) meeting time (often based on Central European Time).
Good knowledge of Finnish and Swedish labour law and its practical application in an HR business partnering context.
