Role Overview
- Serve as the central interface between internal departments and clients
- Build and maintain trusted relationships
- Conduct needs analyses and identify clients' individual requirements
- Support new and existing clients throughout all order processes
- Ensure high standards of quality and service
- Proactively inform clients about new benefits
- Actively help shape the benefits portfolio
- Provide strategic advice and develop tailored benefits programs
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial/business matters
- Business-fluent German and English
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
