About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate communication between internal departments and customers
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through personal interaction
Identify individual customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Inform customers about new benefits, developments and optimization opportunities
Expand the benefits offering and implement innovative bonus models
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
At least two years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
Strong service and customer orientation, combined with empathy, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented, with strong planning and coordination abilities
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
