Manage the full lifecycle of creative post-production campaigns, from requirements gathering and solution design to pre-production development, and delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative and D2C Marketing, and external partners to manage single title tentpole campaigns, or monthly regular, multi-title business-as-usual productions.
Provide early guidance on project scope, budgets, and schedules to align pre-production plans with creative and operational goals.
Identify potential risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows to optimize efficiency and project outcomes.
Lead and support project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
Requirements
Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are a plus.
Proven experience managing small and large-scale creative projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Experience managing the production of local original TV and/or feature films productions, from pre-production development phase through delivery.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress across all activities.
Strong presentation, report writing, and data analysis skills, with experience in weekly/monthly reporting.
