Identify and unlock growth opportunities: Expand the platform vision across the aftermarket ecosystem, including services, lifecycle pricing, and commercial performance analytics.
Act as the voice of the customer: Engage directly with customers and prospects to deeply understand pricing workflows and ensure product decisions reflect real operational needs and measurable value.
Drive product co-creation: Partner closely with engineering and solution engineering to translate customer insights into prototypes, experiments, and scalable product capabilities.
Establish feedback and innovation loops: Build structured co-creation models including design partners, beta programs, and advisory feedback cycles to accelerate validation and learning.
Lead customer advisory initiatives: Own and develop the Customer Advisory Council to shape roadmap direction and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
Build a product community: Foster peer exchange, shared learning, and product evangelism through a strong network of engaged customers.
Shape a new category: Help define and establish the Pricing Performance category, positioning our platform as a modern alternative to legacy pricing systems.
Represent Markt-Pilot externally: Act as a thought leader in industry events, customer forums, and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience: You bring 10+ years of experience in pricing, product strategy, commercial transformation, or enterprise software leadership within B2B environments.
Domain Expertise: You have deep knowledge of industrial pricing, aftermarket business models, pricing workflows, governance, and adoption challenges.
Strategic Mindset: You are able to translate complex customer pain points into scalable product strategies and business-relevant software capabilities.
Executive Presence: You are comfortable engaging senior commercial and operational leaders and leading high-impact strategic discussions.
Systems Thinking: You understand enterprise ecosystems including ERP, CRM, CPQ, analytics, and pricing technologies.
Product & Technical Collaboration: You have experience working closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas from concept to scalable solutions.
Customer-Centricity: You have a track record of building customer advisory programs, co-creation models, or product communities.
Cross-functional Leadership: You excel at collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to drive alignment and outcomes.
