Role Overview
- Managing customer inquiries and order intake
- Guiding customers to the correct ordering methods
- Creating and proactively following up on quotations
- Managing Orderbook
- Applying standardized digital tools and ordering channels
- Actively participating in account teams together with Sales and Application Engineers
- Managing and governing logistics parameters and execution setup in the system
- Managing complaints and ensuring resolution
Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)
- Fluent French and English are essential
- Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is a plus
- autonomous yet team-oriented
- resilient under pressure
- dynamic, flexible, and proactive
- open to regular travels to the French site near Paris
