About this role
Role Overview
Be accountable for change management, process improvement, and performance improvement
Anticipate and provide support for potential challenges that may arise for the customer
Keep track of team member performance for career development and performance assessment
Provide a team of travel consultants with feedback, including responding to questions and offering direction and guidance
Respond to the customer in compliance with SLA
Ensure timely notifications to staff of any company or industry changes
Requirements
Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
Proficiency with travel industry systems (GDS Amadeus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
Flexible approach to work and ability to adjust to changing work demands as required
