Requirements
6+ years in performance or growth roles
Proven experience with paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs
Technical proficiency to build and manage workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (N8N, Make, or similar)
Solid understanding of B2B growth dynamics across the full funnel
Constantly on the lookout for first-mover advantages — new channels, tactics, hacks, and growth opportunities
Strong business ownership mindset : able to define strategy, implement initiatives, and analyse performance metrics
