Ensure the Scrum framework is understood, applied, and promoted across the organization;
Facilitate mapping and propose improvements to the Scrum implementation process within development teams;
Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs;
Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog;
Ensure Scrum events are carried out and their objectives are achieved;
Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments;
Assist the team in self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people;
Analyze the company's business processes to determine the best way to implement and maintain SAP;
Configure the system according to established needs and requirements;
Provide support and train users in correct system usage;
Perform functional tests to ensure correct operation;
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system;
Map business needs through consultation, analysis, and targeted observations;
Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements;
Identify and resolve issues that may affect software performance;
Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module in which you will work.
Preferred experience: 3 years with the main SAP products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal;
Experience with the main SAP products/modules implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW);
Experience in SAP Finance, Controlling, Logistics, HR and Sales modules to define the data model.
Knowledge: SAP modules; strong knowledge in logistics, human resources, finance and the specific area of responsibility.
Professional knowledge of the main SAP products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial and SAP Portal;
Professional knowledge of the main SAP products/modules implemented in Human Resources – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).
