Conduct customer surveys to gain better insights into market segments
Coordinate with organizational teams to develop and standardize the company's digital assets
Monitor the performance of digital assets and provide recommendations to improve performance
Research digital trends and marketing technology tools aligned with digital marketing strategies and provide implementation recommendations
Work with internal partners to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing and corporate objectives
Support the development of strategies to build durable digital connections with our global offices
Oversee the organization's online marketing strategy by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Identify trends and insights
Plan and maintain the company’s ongoing social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Actively shape our tone to deliver compelling brand and product messaging to our target audience
Collaborate with internal partners to create storytelling opportunities and produce content about our brand, products and technologies
Be responsible for our PR strategy and communication with external partners and agencies worldwide
Coordinate and prepare executive participation in conferences and events, including speaking engagements
Take responsibility for our social media accounts; contribute to creating fresh and persuasive copy for other marketing channels
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of B2B technology, international trade, software and ERP
5+ years of PR or corporate communications leadership experience
Proficient in writing content for multiple digital formats — emails, articles, blog posts, social media updates, sales collateral, infographics and others
5+ years of experience in PR & Marketing
