The role involves monitoring performance metrics across various channels and collaborating with stakeholders to align campaigns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting audience and competitor analysis
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with objectives
- Preparing clear performance reports and insights
- Testing new channels, creatives, and messages
- Managing budgets efficiently
- Ensuring campaigns follow ethical, privacy, and brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage internal stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and translate performance insights into clear recommendations
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends and to design effective performance marketing plans
- Understanding of Sales and lead-generation processes to align campaigns with conversion goals and support revenue and engagement targets
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and basic A/B testing
- Ability to interpret data, create concise reports, and make evidence-based optimization decisions
- Organized, self-directed work style suitable for a remote, part-time environment, with reliable access to required technology
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- Experience in healthcare, social care, or non-profit environments is an advantage
