About this role
Role Overview
Drive the aggressive and sustainable expansion of Addi's partner network within the SMB segment
Conduct daily, targeted cold field sweeps to identify, contact, and close SMB Merchants
Perform advanced Territory Mapping and commercial area analysis
Manage the entire sales cycle from cold prospecting to final Terms & Conditions closing
Ensure 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities and data in the CRM (Salesforce)
Build strong, trust-based relationships with business owners
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of uninterrupted experience in 100% cold Field Sales Hunter roles
Significant exposure to high-volume or fast-paced industries (Fintech, Telecom, or B2B/Intangible Services are highly valued)
Proven ability to translate the monthly GMV quota ($18K+) into a clear, daily execution plan
History of consistently over-executing the sales quota (110%+) in purely outbound environments
Acts as a self-starter who proactively identifies low-performing zones or pitch failures
Deep understanding and practical mastery of CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Proven ability to design and implement a personal Territory Management system
Demonstrated commitment to 100% accuracy and real-time logging of all sales activities
Proven ability to interpret key sales metrics and translate quantitative insights into actionable adjustments
Deep understanding of the Merchant's pain points (liquidity, growth)
Proven ability to rapidly build trust and rapport with business owners in cold settings
Exceptional skill in post-closing follow-up to ensure the Merchant completes the first transaction within 48 hours
Proven ability to quickly adapt the sales pitch and manage multiple, common objections
