About this role
Role Overview
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn networking.
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into high-value discovery meetings for Account Executives.
Research target accounts and key stakeholders to create personalized outreach that resonates with decision-makers.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite and the competitive B2B landscape.
Manage and update all activity within the CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize the sales funnel.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and confidently.
A resilient, "hunter" mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity metrics.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of leads simultaneously.
A coachable mindset and a desire to evolve within a high-growth sales organization.
Nice-to-Haves
Previous experience selling B2B software or technical solutions (SaaS).
Familiarity with modern sales stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or Salesloft).
A background in lead generation or market research within the tech industry.
