About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for proactive lead generation and pipeline development in Switzerland and Germany
Identifying relevant decision-makers and contacts at target companies
Coordinating initial meetings with the sales team
Close collaboration with marketing, sales, customer success and partners
Maintaining all activities and contacts in the CRM (HubSpot)
Representing xorlab at events and webinars
Actively contributing to and continuously improving BDR processes and tools, playbooks and best practices
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound sales (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales) within B2B software, IT or cybersecurity environments
Proven track record in lead generation and appointment setting with enterprise customers
Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and modern sales tools
Strong interest in IT security and a solid technical understanding
Strong communication skills across all channels — written, phone and in-person
Self-organized, structured work style with a strong hunter mentality
Fluent German (spoken and written); English — business fluent
