Role Overview
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and maintain content calendars, coordinating campaigns, promotions, and key marketing initiatives across platforms.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to produce high-quality visual and written content that drives engagement.
Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platform features to identify new opportunities for audience growth.
Build and nurture online communities by fostering meaningful interactions, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening customer relationships.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within a business or agency environment.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
Experience using social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools to plan content and measure campaign performance.
Strong understanding of social media best practices, content strategy, audience engagement, and platform-specific trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills, with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
