Role Overview
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct professional consultative sales meetings with UK-based clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Develop persuasive sales proposals and presentations.

Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development, Telesales, B2B Sales, or Consultative Sales.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Professional and confident telephone manner suitable for UK clients.
Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
Experience using CRM systems.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup.
