Responsibilities:
- Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities
- Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries
- Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders
- Develop technical proposals and installation plans in collaboration with engineering teams
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and new customers
- Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Requirements:
- A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity
- At least two years of sales experience
- A competitive nature and motivation for sales success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
