Role Overview

• Improve our clients' efficiency through analysis, redesign, and targeted process definition
• Implement new solutions tailored to stakeholder needs
• Develop practical, hands-on solutions together with our clients
• Participate in workshops to identify requirements and create clarity
• Take responsibility for work packages and lead subprojects
• Drive digital transformation pragmatically and purposefully
• Deepen expertise in focus topics and participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements

• A completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
• Technical and business acumen
• Confident communication in German and English — written and spoken
• Initial to several years of consulting experience
• Substantial professional experience in the airline industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
