Develop and deliver clear, results‑focused plans for strategic programs, working collaboratively with Service Operations to ensure every initiative supports meaningful service improvement and strengthens operational excellence.
Requirements
Strong Leadership skills
Experience in large scale infrastructure delivery; (involving mid-range servers, software and data migrations and Windows technology);
Significant exposure to managing projects and previous experience delivering complex infrastructure projects;
Technical background with the ability to talk in business terms
Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
Experience in application support, ideally within an ITIL framework.
Experience of agile development/delivery teams and technical delivery management.
A background contributing to the delivery of infrastructure projects
